How It Works
The A10VSO works through a swashplate axial piston structure. When the drive shaft rotates, it drives the cylinder block and pistons to move in sequence. The reciprocating motion of the pistons creates suction and discharge, allowing hydraulic oil to flow through the system.
What makes this pump different is the variable swashplate angle. When the angle changes, piston stroke changes too. That directly affects displacement and output flow. Bigger angle means more flow. Smaller angle means less. Simple idea, but very useful in real hydraulic systems.
This setup allows the pump to deliver more precise hydraulic output instead of running at one fixed level all the time. For machines with changing load conditions, that makes a real difference.
