Compact Structure, Small Size, Light Weight

Composed of components including an aluminum alloy front cover, intermediate body, and rear cover; alloy steel gears; and an aluminum alloy pressure plate. Two DU bearings are press-fitted into each of the front and rear covers. DU material is an ideal bearing material for gear pumps, significantly extending their lifespan.

Reliable Operation

The pressure plate is the main component for radial and axial pressure compensation, reducing bearing load and automatically adjusting the axial clearance of the gear pump, thus effectively improving the performance and reliability of the gear pump. The GM5 and GPC4 series gear motors are available in four structural types: single-rotation without a front bearing, double-rotation without a front bearing, single-rotation with a front bearing, and double-rotation with a front bearing. The gear motor with the front bearing can withstand both radial and axial forces.

High Speed and High Pressure

High speed: 3000~4000 rpm, theoretical torque: 17 N·m to 64 N·m, reaching 20-25 MPa.

Connection methods suitable for imported machinery and construction machinery

Compliant with SAE and national standard GB, featuring flange, shaft extension, inlet, and outlet connection options. Widely applicable to hydraulic systems in automobiles, tractors, construction machinery, agricultural machinery, and other mechanical equipment.
