A hydraulic power unit, also known as an oil supply device, is the core power source equipment of an industrial hydraulic control system. It consists of an oil tank, oil pump, accumulator, and control components, forming a closed oil source system. Its main function is to connect to hydraulic cylinders via external pipelines to achieve precise control of multiple valve movements. It is widely used in main steam valve regulation, turbine bypass systems, heavy-duty machinery, and truck operation.
This unit adopts a modular design and can integrate PLC controllers and distributed control systems (DCS) for signal exchange. It regulates oil pressure and accumulator energy through solenoid valves to drive the cylinders for rapid opening and closing or precise adjustment. The standard model is compatible with 0.3-4.5kW motors and 0.24-5.7cc pumps, supporting parallel control of up to four hydraulic cylinders. Core components include a bidirectional gear pump, cartridge valve assembly, and a self-regulating oil suction device, which optimizes oil flow and velocity to improve power stability. Typical applications include automotive lifting equipment, aerial work platforms, construction machinery, and aerospace, offering advantages such as low noise, high power density, and strong environmental adaptability.
